• Collect the deposit
• Check- in with inventory

• Appointment for the check-out.

Management of your villa:

We manage the stewardship of your second home while the low season.

Our team can provide you with 2 types of cleaning services:

• 1st seasonal rental
• Intermediate cleaning between 2 rentals or required by the tenant at his departure.See the rates
• Guarding
• During your absence we are present to supervise your property.
• To enhance the security of your property, we can empty your mailbox and/or forward your important mail.
